The Challenge

Mpac Switchback wanted to explore adapting its BRC cartoning platform for automated stick pack packaging. The proposed solution combined cartoning and case packing into a complete production line, but the concept had not yet progressed through full engineering or manufacturing.
Sales and business development teams needed a realistic way to demonstrate how the system would operate and how the individual machines would work together within the complete packaging process.
The Solution
Working from existing engineering CAD models, we developed a realistic 3D animation that transformed the proposed concept into a complete automated packaging line. The visualization demonstrated product flow from stick pack infeed through robotic cartoning and into the automated case packing process, allowing the entire system to be presented as though it already existed.
Creating the animation directly from engineering data made it possible to evaluate the concept visually while maintaining technical accuracy. The finished animation became an effective sales and business development tool that helped communicate the proposed solution to customers and internal stakeholders before major engineering investment had been made.
