Case Studies
Review some of our past projects to understand how we helped machinery manufacturers communicate complex equipment.
These projects demonstrate how industrial manufacturers use 3D visualization to launch products, support sales efforts, validate concepts, and communicate complex machinery before equipment is built.

Horizon Full Packaging Line Product Launch
Summary
Mpac Group was preparing to launch its new Horizon packaging line at Pack Expo. The equipment had not yet been manufactured, but the company needed a compelling way to introduce the system and demonstrate its capabilities.
Challenge
Without a physical machine available, traditional video and photography were not options. Mpac needed a way to showcase the complete production line in operation and generate interest ahead of the product launch.
Solution
Using engineering CAD models, we created a realistic 3D animation showing the Horizon line in operation. The animation was displayed at Pack Expo, allowing Mpac to present the equipment, demonstrate product flow, and support sales conversations before the first machine was built.
Showcasing Multiple Conveyor Configurations From A Single Design
Summary
Dynamic Stainless wanted a way to demonstrate the flexibility of their modular conveyor system and communicate multiple configuration options using a single piece of marketing content.
Challenge
The conveyor is available in numerous layouts and configurations. Traditional photography or video could only capture one setup at a time, limiting the ability to communicate the product’s versatility.
Solution
Using the client’s CAD models, we created a 3D animation that showcased multiple conveyor configurations, highlighted key features, and demonstrated how the system can be adapted to different applications.
Innovative Sort Module Sale Support
Summary
Innovative was pursuing a project opportunity and needed a way to communicate a proposed automated inspection system before committing significant engineering resources.
Challenge
The concept involved removing cartons from an active production line for inspection. Product flow, timing, and machine interactions needed to be demonstrated realistically to support the proposal.
Solution
Using preliminary design information, we created a detailed 3D visualization showing product movement, inspection sequences, and system timing. The animation helped communicate the concept clearly and allowed stakeholders to evaluate the solution before full engineering began.
Brisa Frozen Pizza Cartoner Product Launch
Summary
Mpac Langen was developing a modified version of its Brisa cartoner designed specifically for frozen pizza applications and wanted to begin marketing the solution before a machine was available to film.
Challenge
The new machine configuration existed only as an engineering concept. Mpac needed a way to demonstrate the equipment’s operation, communicate its value, and support product launch activities.
Solution
Using CAD data from the proposed design, we produced an in-depth 3D sales animation showing machine operation, product handling, and key system features. The animation allowed Mpac to launch and promote the product while supporting early sales discussions and customer engagement.
BRC Stick Pack Cartoning & Case Packing Line
Summary
Mpac Switchback wanted to expand the market reach of its BRC cartoner by demonstrating how the platform could be adapted for stick pack packaging applications.
Challenge
The proposed system had not yet been fully engineered or manufactured. Sales teams needed a way to communicate the concept and generate customer interest before significant development investment was made.
Solution
We transformed existing engineering models into a complete two-machine packaging line consisting of cartoning and case packing equipment for stick packs. The resulting animation provided a powerful sales tool that helped communicate the concept and support business development efforts.
Tool-Free Disassembly Conveyor Marketing
Summary
Dynamic Stainless wanted to highlight the primary advantage of a standardized incline conveyor design: fast, tool-free disassembly for cleaning and maintenance.
Challenge
The conveyor’s key selling point was difficult to communicate through static images alone. Customers needed to clearly understand how components could be removed and reassembled without tools.
Solution
We created a focused 3D animation demonstrating the complete disassembly and reassembly process. By clearly visualizing each step, the animation helped communicate the simplicity of the design and reinforced the conveyor’s sanitation and maintenance benefits.
